Mr. Dean Dong's international business consulting service career started from year 2004 after graduating from university of English major (Japanese as minor program). He focuses his career in Ningbo area covering main cities surrounded in fields of, foreign investment for clients from various countries.

Dean has plenty of in-depth communication experience with diversified foreign business people from over 40 countries of different industries. He is proficient in foreign investment entity formulation in China, including related policies such as corporate law, tax law and foreigner immigration policy in China. He is also a professional who provides human resources and labor policy consultancy for enterprises especially foreign invested enterprises in China.

He successfully reconciled many massive labor disputes to a win-win agreement. He has provided direct services for over 2500 cases (enterprises and individuals) including renowned global corporations like BorgWarner of USA, Li & Fung Group of HK, ContiTech of Germany, subsidiary of Toyota of Japan from the past years.
